* Bobby Sowell interview by Musician MP3 content managment.

How would you describe the band if you were a pressman or an editor?
Bobby: I've been performing music for a long time and love playing all types. I guess you would call me a diversified musician and depending on my mood and the gig as to which I prefer the most. I love playing the blues, rock, rockabilly and country too and my band is full of energized seasoned musicians.

What type of music do you play?
Bobby: A little bit of everything and not too much of one thing. I mix it up with Easy Listening, Pop, Rockabilly, Country, Rhythm and Blues, Rock n Roll, Memphis Blues.

How long have you been together?
Bobby: My new band formed in early January of this year. However, Tony, Chris and Kelli was part of the "BOBBY SOWELL REVUE" Road Show and appeared with me in Atlanta and Tunica last year.

What have you released to date?
Bobby: "Natural High" CD back in 2002 and "Rags to Witches" CD in 2003. I also got a new CD coming out in 2005 called "Moods" and that one will feature some of my best piano solo compositions yet, I'm all excited about that one.

When are you planning your next release?
Bobby: I'm currently in the studio now working on a new blues album and hope to have it out sometime next year.

Where are you planning for your next shows?
Bobby: My band and I are exploring all venues. We intend to work the Casino Circuit, regional and national festivals. We also are planning on touring Europe next year.

Any last words?
Bobby: I am looking forward to working with my new band, seasoned musicians with years of experience along with a couple of fresh, young new talent. We're tight with a full sound.
